Peter has been in the hospitality industry for 20 years managing single and multi-site operations in the Accommodation, restaurant and coffee shop sectors for multi-national corporations. Since 2010, he has gained international experience opening new markets and implementing global administrative standards to partner organisations in Asia.
Peter has been with the group since 2017, supporting the preparation, and opening of the new Harbord Diggers and is passionate about delivering efficient systems, processes and procedures to drive quality and profitability.
